Lead Teachers  
Qualifications:  Must be minimally AGS (Assistant Group Supervisor*) qualified.  Preference will be given to GS (Group Supervisor*) qualified.
Responsibilities:  The person will be responsible for all aspects of the classroom, including: lesson planning using the Creative Curriculum, planning and implementing of safe and developmentally appropriate activities, as well as the overall running of the classroom and care of the children.

Assistant Teachers/ Support Staff
Applicant Requirements:  Must be minimally AGS (Assistant Group Supervisor*) qualified.  Must be able to work independently as well as follow specific instructions.  Must be able to lead and provide good classroom management and support the Creative Curriculum.  Must be kid-friendly, willing and able to create and implement weekly lesson plans and activities.  Must be able to perform the lead teacher job description (available upon request).

Group Supervisor (GS) Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood, child development, special education, elementary education or the human service field, or an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human service field and 2 years' experience with children.

* Assistant Group Supervisor (AGS) Qualifications:  A high school diploma or GED and 2 years' experience with children.


Applicant Requirements

Staff must meet the following Department of Public Welfare and New Love In Christ Church requirements:
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older, and must have at least a high school diploma.
• Applicants must be comitted to a lifestyle of faith which reflects commonly understood biblical principals.
• Applicants must attend a church of their choice on a weekly basis.
• Applicants must be able to document 2500 hours (equivalent to 2 years) of experience with children.
